Tender Description
LGIS WA , the WA Local Government Association's mutual indemnity scheme for the Western Australian local government sector, requests tenders (RFT) from independent providers to appoint to our health and wellbeing provider panel.
Tenderers are invited to put forward submissions for appointment to the panel of external service providers for any or all, of the following services:
Prevention and screening services
- Health assessments
- Flu Vaccinations
- Skin cancer screening
- Risk specific pathology testing
Lifestyle and behavioural services
- Wellness health coaching / goal setting
- Diet and nutrition / Dietician consultations
- Financial counselling support
Education and awareness services
- Health education seminars / webinars
- Team building / wellbeing activities
- Workplace expo stalls
- Health promotion strategy / planning
It is essential that tendering providers are able to deliver services across the entirety of Western Australia.
