Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the commercial lease of the following Council building:
- 220 m2 situated at 55 High Street, Hawera, also known as the old i-site building.
The term of the lease will be for five (5) years, with two (2) rights of renewal of three (3) years each.
Tender documents are available from the Council’s Customer Service Centre, Albion Street, Hawera and at Hawera LibraryPlus at Te Ramanui o Ruaputahanga.
