The Town of Port Hedland (Town) has implemented the Property and Rating module within the Technology One OneCouncil platform as part of its ERP transformation program. With the system now live, the Town is focused on post go-live stabilisation, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly, knowledge is effectively transferred, and staff are supported to confidently adopt and optimise the system.

The Town seeks to engage a consultant to provide post-implementation services that include issue resolution, training, and knowledge sharing, as well as supporting the Finance and Revenue teams in identifying opportunities for revenue optimisation. This work will ensure the Town achieves maximum value from its investment, strengthens compliance, and improves efficiency and transparency in property and rating operations.
