Tender Description

Alexandrina Council invites Tenders for the provision of services to undertake the renewal of 3 playgrounds within the council region.

Alexandrina Council will require the chosen company to present concept plans suitable for community engagement and for them to undertake supply and install of the playground including some supporting infrastructure.

Council budgets for each of the identified locations are included within the Requirements Brief.

Works include (but are not limited to):

the development of concept plans suitable for community engagement
itemised quotes with costs per playground item,
removal of old playground equipment, supply and install of new equipment, including softfall
site establishment, & safety fencing during construction
supply and install of supporting infrastructure like pathways, seating and landscaping etc.

Works must meet all Current Australian Standards and comply with all statutory obligations, including WHS.

Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Respondent.
