IRC-CGFS-0825-Q1430 SOE Security Uplift and Enhancement

⁠⁠⁠Isaac Regional Council (Council) are seeking quotes from qualified ICT service providers to assist with the development and support of Council’s workstation and server Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and End User Compute (EUC) technologies.

Please provide the following in your response to this market approach:

1. A time-and-materials based schedule of rates for all services offered. Including any discount structures applicable when purchasing services in volume.

• If tiered volume discounts apply, please clearly outline the discounts and conditions applicable at each commitment level up to $500K per annum.

2. Two examples of demonstrated capability in the delivery of offered services in a Local, State, or Commonwealth Government context.

• ASD, ACSC, E8 framework compliance is an essential criterion.
