SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of design services for Avalon Place Plan Streets as Shared Spaces and Streetscapes Upgrades. The tender calls for a Landscape Architecture Led Design Consultant to select, coordinate, lead and proactively manage an in-house team and or sub-consultants through the design and construction phase of the project.

The scope of the design services includes the preparation of a design to make permanent the trialled one-way shared zone at Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach along with high-quality streetscape upgrades to the pedestrian area in keeping with Avalon Beach including seating, ambient lighting, stormwater infrastructure and landscaping within the shared space.
