Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CP029 - Provision of Linemarking Services.

This invitation to offer is for a panel of contractors for ad hoc Linemarking services for council’s requirements within the Fraser Coast Regional Area according to Local Government Regulation (2012) s232. The service area will be split into four geographical areas approximating Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Tiaro & Maryborough West. Council is looking for two to three contractors in each boundary or less depending on the capacity/capability of successful contractors.

The panel will operate on either set rates, calling of quotes or in some cases both. The proposed contract is for two (2) years with three (3) by one (1) -year extensions and there is no guarantee of business. The expectation on the contractors will be when requested to quote or they are engaged to carry out the works, they will response promptly and complete the works on time and to council’s satisfaction.

Tenderers can tender for any boundary, multiple boundaries, or all boundaries.
