Tender Description
The Pigeon Mountain Primary School Board of Trustees would like to procure an experienced contractor to deliver 2 projects which form part of the school’s 10YPP. These projects are as mentioned below:
- Project 1 – 251707_ Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9: Roof, Gutter, and Clearlite Replacement
- Project 2 – 251708 _ Blocks 1, 2, 7 Window Replacement
In alignment with the Ministry of Education’s funding arrangements, each of the two projects will be delivered under separate Medium Works contracts. However, this ROI seeks to engage a single main contractor to undertake both projects concurrently.
The scope of work may include (but is not limited to):
- Project 1: Replacement of the poor condition and end of life roofs, Removal and disposal of exiting roof material and gutters.
- Project 2: Replacement of windows that are in poor condition and end of life, Remove, dispose and install window joinery units and hardware, Increasing window size.
