MICC Water Mains Network Reconfiguration Project

Mount Isa City Council (MICC) is requesting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of the Water Mains Network Reconfiguration project.

The Water Mains Network reconfiguration project aims to improve the water supply in Mount Isa by providing consistent pressure and better drinking water quality by removing interconnections from the trunk supply and providing dedicated inlet/outlet points to the reticulation supply. It is also part of the scheme to reduce failures in the supply system and improve operability of the city’s supply network.
