Tender Description

Invercargill City Council (ICC) is seeking information from experienced providers of after-hours call handling services, including indicative pricing.

We are exploring options for managing incoming telephone calls made to ICC outside of our core operating hours (8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

We are looking for a provider who can offer a reliable, customer-friendly and professional call service, capable of handling a wide range of inquiries, logging service requests, escalating urgent issues appropriately, and providing clear reporting and transparency.
