Chillers Replacement and associated works at Kununurra Government Offices

JLL WA, on behalf of our client, Department of Housing and Works, is looking for a suitably qualified, experienced, and skilled mechanical and HVAC contractor to replace chillers and associated works at Kununurra Government Offices.

Scope:

JLL has been contracted to provide property management services on behalf of our client, the Department of Housing and Works WA. As part of our service, JLL WA's Engineering and Operations Solutions (EOS) team is responsible for overseeing operational and capital works projects within the property portfolio.

We are currently looking for a skilled, suitably qualified, and experienced mechanical and HVAC contractor who is specialised in HVAC & BMS system upgrade works.

The contractor is required to provide pricing for the supply and replacement of three (3) chillers and associated works as specified in the tender documentation. 

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at Central Park, Level 29, 152-158 St Georges Terrace, Perth on 30 Sep, 2025 2:00 PM.

Please take note that attending the mandatory briefing is essential. Failure to attend this briefing session will render the offer ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
