Industry Skills and Jobs Advisor (ISJA) Services - Manufacturing and Engineering

To support the implementation of the Good Jobs, Great Training: Queensland Skills Strategy 2024–2028 (skills strategy) released on 20 May 2024, the Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET) is seeking expressions of interest from an industry organisation with a significant operation within Queensland, that have the knowledge, experience and capacity to perform the activities of an Industry Skills and Jobs Advisor (ISJA) for the Department on behalf of the Manufacturing and Engineering industry sector.

The objective of the procurement activity is to secure supplier services under the new long-term ISJA arrangements, commencing 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027.

ISJAs will act as DTET's formal industry engagement mechanism as an important element of the skills strategy.

Successful applicants will be required to support state and national industry engagement priorities.
