This RFT is for a main contractor only. Tenders for separate portions of the works will not be considered in any instance.

The scope of works includes:

Installation of new floor coverings, wall coverings and electric window winders in the main Hall
Replacement of ceilings and floor coverings in the storage room.
Replacement of window joinery, roller doors and external fire doors
Replacement of bathroom cabinetry and HWC in the bathrooms.
Removal and reinstatement of all services.

Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.

Architectural drawings have not been included for this project so measurement is required by the contractor at time of tender.
