Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Responses from suppliers to this Request for Tender (RFT). This Procurement Plan seeks approval to conduct an open Request for Tender (RFT) to:

• Appoint a contractor to complete minor refurbishment works to convert Campus West Building 75 (CW75) at Joondalup Campus West to a Design & Technology space. These works form part of a larger body of work associated with the University’s move out of the Mount Lawley Campus.

We are seeking partners with a proven track record showing experience and capabilities of delivering projects of this type, in similar working environments.

RESPONDENT MUST PROVIDE RESPONSES IN THE COMMENTS FIELD IN THE ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM IN THE TENDERING SYSTEM (AS RQUESTED), AND/OR PROVIDE NO MORE THAN TWO ATTACHMENTS TO EACH REQUIREMENT.

Respondent may be disqualified or have responses marked down if the Respondent chooses to upload a single document containing all responses to the tender.

All Respondents are reminded to submit their responses via the online form on the tendering portal (not via MS Word Documentation attachment or email). Respondents who do not submit their responses through the online form will be disqualified.
