This procurement seeks to engage a qualified and experienced cleaning services provider to deliver routine, reactive, and specialised cleaning in accordance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and Australian Standards, including:

• AS/NZS 3733 Cleaning, Maintenance and Restoration of Floor Coverings,
• AS 4187 Reprocessing of Reusable Medical Devices (for relevant areas), and
• Safe Work Australia cleaning and infection control guidelines.

The contractor will be expected to deliver services that ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness while supporting PWC’s commitments to sustainability, workplace health and safety, and continuous improvement.
