Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake fire systems upgrade at North Metropolitan TAFE Midland Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to the design, the supply, the delivery to site, storing and installation, testing commissioning and maintenance of the relevant Fire Services systems. Workshops works must be completed during Summer break. Works are split into two (2) separable portions over two (2) financial years.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Corner Lloyd Street and Eddie Barron Drive, Midland on 25 Sep, 2025 2:00 PM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at North Metropolitan TAFE Midland Campus. The location of the briefing will be Corner Lloyd Street and Eddie Barron Drive, Midland WA 6056.
