Tender Description

Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the detailed excavation, construction and installation of a new district level recreational space and turn it into an active hub for families, recreational users, tourists and dog owners.

The documentation will enable Council to issue a contract for construction of the park embellishments.

Council's vision for the project is 'we will establish a quality district recreational space in Picton that caters for users of all skill sets, promoting social inclusion and encouraging physical activity for improved community wellbeing'.
