RFT - Metro Tasmania - Bus Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

Metro is seeking a complete CCTV solution that covers supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance and support. The solution must be scalable for a future whole-of-fleet upgrade while integrating with Metro's current and planned operational systems.

Metro's existing onboard CCTV environment comprises a mix of legacy analogue systems and newer digital units, deployed across the fleet of buses operating in Hobart, Launceston, and Burnie. Metro is seeking solutions that deliver a reliable, evidentiary-grade CCTV system for its bus fleet.

The Contract will consist of three (3) Separable Portions. Metro intends to initially undertake a solution design and pilot phase (Separable Portion 1), during which the successful tenderer and Metro will work together to collaboratively finalise the CCTV solution design, functionality and integration approach aimed at ensuring that a fit for purpose CCTV system is deployed for Metro's fleet and operations. Separable Portion 2 will be subject to the successful completion of the solution design and pilot phase; and Separable Portion 3 provisional and subject to confirmation by Metro.
