Coonamble Shire Council Obsolete Materials Sale

Coonamble Shire Council is inviting offers from members of the public to purchase various obsolete materials from Council’s premises.

All items available for purchase are listed as ‘lots’ as prescribed in this document. Unless otherwise stated the lots with multiple items are sold together as one lot.

All persons wishing to make an offer must read the terms and conditions as prescribed in this document.

Offers must be made using the purchase offer template as provided under a separate cover. Upon signing and submitting an offer the individual must agree with the terms and conditions.

Items can be inspected on Friday 26th September at 10am.

All offers to purchase items listed are to be addressed to the General Manager and can be submitted by:

In Person: To the Tender Box at 80 Castlereagh St Coonamble NSW 2829 Offers will need to be submitted by 5pm Wednesday 1st October 2025.

Items will be sold to the individual who makes the highest offer for each lot. Individuals will be notified on the outcome of their offer, and if successful be provided with details to make arrangements for payment and collection of items.

No claim is made by Council or it’s representatives that items listed for sale are in working order.

Items listed are sold as is in their current condition and the successful purchaser are to collect items at their own expense.

Items the individual wishes to make an offer must be listed on the purchase offer template, under a separate cover, by lot number with a corresponding offer price.

Offers on grader blades must state the quantity of bundles looking to be purchased, with the price offered per bundle.

Items that are not listed in this document are not available for purchase.
