Northern Beaches Council administers an area of 254 square km with over 263,000 residents on Sydney's northern beaches. Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.

Northern Beaches Council operates seven long day care centres and two community preschools across the local government area.

The Scope of Works in A2 outlines the procurement requirements for the supply of consumables essential to the daily operations of these childcare facilities. The objective is to ensure consistent, cost-effective, and timely provision of goods that support the health and safety guidelines for the early learning services. The consumables covered under this scope include, but are not limited to, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and general childcare materials.

The respondent is expected to have the ability to supply all consumables and products listed in A2. Or provide alternative suitable products as detailed in A10.

The Contract term will be an initial term of two (2) years with an option to extend for an additional four (4) one (1) year terms at Council's sole discretion.

Council intends to award the supply of Children's Services Consumables and Cleaning Supplies to one or multiple suppliers.
