Tender Description
Sutherland Shire Council is seeking to establish a panel of highly qualified and experienced planning consultants (Panel) to support the delivery of capital works projects. The selected consultants will play a critical role in advising on planning approval pathways, including but not limited to the preparation of Review of Environmental Factors (REF) reports. This includes providing strategic planning advice, navigating legislative requirements, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory frameworks.
