The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit a Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction of a new COLA at Holy Cross Primary School, Glendale on the terms and conditions set out in this EOI.

In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.

The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
