Supply of Nine (9) Intensive Care Mechanical Ventilators to Geraldton Health Campus

⁠⁠⁠WACHS requires the supply and delivery of nine (9) adult Intensive Care Ventilators for Geraldton Health Campus. The successful Respondent will be required to provide the following:

1. The supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the offered ventilators;
2. Standard accessories necessary for the complete and proper functioning of the offered ventilators;
3. Optional consumables, accessories, and upgrades to increase the functionality of the offered ventilators;
4. A minimum 12-month warranty;
5. Options for post-warranty service and maintenance for up to four years: and
6. The provision of in-service education and training for the clinical users / operators, including the correct and efficient operation of the equipment.
