Tender Description

Design and Construction of 31 Cottages for Stage 7A - Airds

Homes NSW will be responsible for the following:

Project information; and Project co- ordination. It is a mandatory criterion under this RFT for Tenderers to be licensed and maintain the builder’s license for the duration of the contract to perform residential building work under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW). If a Tenderer fails to meet this mandatory criterion, HOMES NSW may in its absolute discretion exclude that Tenderer’s submission from evaluation. The Builders will be responsible for the following services in respect of their allocated packages:

House designs including landscaping and supporting DA/CC or CDC information, as per Section 2.3;
Procuring statutory development consent and any other relevant planning approvals for the delivery “turnkey” dwellings ready for occupation
Construction of homes inclusive of below inclusions:

- Site preparation and site benching so that slopes to turf and garden beds are 1:10;

- All site works and piering to slab;

- Connection to all services (Electrical, Drainage, NBN, Sewer, Water and;

- Driveway & front path, Letterbox;

- Tiling to Alfresco and Porch;

- Fencing on all boundaries and associated landscaping in line with the Newbrook (Airds) Guidelines.

- Associated turf and landscaping;

- Obtain Final Occupation Certificate: and

- Provide Turnkey dwellings handover ready for residents to move in.
