Fire System Upgrade - North Metro TAFE - Balga Campus

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake fire system upgrade at North Metro TAFE – Balga Campus.

The Work includes but is not limited to the design, the supply, the delivery to site, storing and installation, testing commissioning and maintenance of the Fire Services systems listed within Annexure 1 – Scope and Specification.  Works are split into two separable portions over two financial years, workshop works must be completed during summer break. 

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Balga TAFE, 18 Loxwood Road, Balga on 24 September 2025 9:00 AM.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
