Koondoola Primary School – A/C Upgrade

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake supply and install of inverter type split system air conditioners in classrooms at Koondoola PS.

The Work includes but is not limited to:

• Decommission
• Removal
• Make good of all relevant areas.

A/C Upgrade to Blocks L & F, works to commence Dec holidays and completed by Jan 30th 2026

There is no mechanical drawing or consultant for this project

A Power upgrade and switchboard replacement project to commence Dec 2025 alongside this project

Sufficient power capacity for Block L & F

Additional Blocks I and K to be priced – potentially to be scheduled for April 2026 holidays

There are no school holiday programs or OSH club during December break

Tender site brief scheduled for Oct 13th after September school holidays due to staff availability, this is a pupil free day and access to all areas

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 50 Burbridge Avenue., Koondoola on 24 September 2025 3:00 PM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Koondoola PS, 50 Burbridge Avenue, Koondoola WA 6064.
