The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through the Research Infrastructure, seeks the provision of cleaning services for the Maroochy Research Facility for an initial two (2) year contract term with two (2) 12-month extension options. It is proposed for services to commence on the 12 January 2026.

The Supplier will perform the services between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm each weekday Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. The supplier will be required to supply the required consumables, plant and equipment to undertake the services.

This RFQ has a mandatory site visit scheduled on 1 October 2025. Full details of site visits are outlined within Section 1 of the Request for Quote. Please register for the site visit via email no later than 12:00PM AEST, Tuesday, 30 September 2025 via procurement@dpi.qld.gov.au.
