This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to formally provision Change Management Professional Services in support of the GUIDE program.
The GUIDE program is a multi-year transformation initiative designed to enhance data capabilities, modernise core systems, and advance APRA’s evolution into a data-driven organisation. As APRA undertakes one of its most substantial change programs, a comprehensive approach to organisational change will be required to ensure alignment, consistency, and confidence across all levels.
The selected vendor will collaborate closely with APRA to develop and implement change strategies at both the project stream and program level. Responsibilities include sequencing manageable changes without impeding delivery, as well as providing specialist expertise, building on APRA frameworks, and insights to build internal capacity. The objective is to engage a provider with demonstrated experience in complex, enterprise-level change projects of a similar nature that can deliver measurable outcomes, introduce innovative practices, to ensure sustainable, embedded, and effective change.
APRA has the right to contract with more than one vendor at the end of this RFQ process to provide APRA with options.

Working arrangements: Hybrid
Industry briefing: Upon request APRA will provide a briefing and Q&A session for invited vendors. Questions need to be pre-submitted to ensure the right subject matter experts can be arranged to attend. Times and dates of briefings will be arranged with appropriate scheduling.
