Tender Description
The residential portion of the Salisbury School Redevelopment involves the design and construction of 4 new blocks. These will be fit-for-purpose residential accommodation for students. The works will be delivered under a single-stage Design and Build contract. The position onsite, orientation, configuration and layout is expected follow the concept design provided.
The contract will deliver warm, safe, dry, and modern residential facilities that meet Ministry of Education standards, including sleeping spaces, shared amenities, and supporting infrastructure.
