Tender Description
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:
Emergency and after-hours answering service and security alarm monitoring service for Northern Territory Government Assets.
The Contractor is required to carry out security alarm system monitoring 24 hours per day from a currently certified ASIAL A1 graded Security Monitoring Centre.
The contractor shall monitor electronic security systems and the like, receive calls from Departmental staff and the public in relation to faults, problems and incidents associated with NT Government assets and log, report and action such received calls and transmissions for quick and immediate action and rectification.
Provide day to day information on call outs, alarm system activation and alarm system status changes as and when requested and carry out the work as detailed in this specification.
