Tender Description

Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) requires a suitably qualified contractor (Accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme) to undertake the construction of a new Aquatic Centre at Arthur Street, Boyne Island, QLD 4680. The project will also include new road and footpath connections.

This Work is for the construction of a new aquatic centre inclusive of site clearance, all associated infrastructure, civil works, roadworks, 50m pool with plant room, change rooms, kiosk, children’s play area, and landscaping along with associated environmental works.
