Construction of the New Transport Management Centre (TMC)

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport invites suitably experienced and prequalified companies to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the New Transport Management Centre (TMC), Contract No. 25C033.

The contract proposes to construct a purpose-built TMC that will bring together both South Australian traffic management capabilities (currently managed at Norwood Traffic Management Centre) and the required Torrens to Darlington (T2D) tunnel management capabilities.

This EOI is the first competitive phase of a multi-stage procurement process to establish a Project GC21 Managing Contractor to deliver the works.

Information supplied by or on behalf of the South Australian Government is confidential and the tenderer is obliged to maintain its confidentiality.  Upon a successfully completed Deed, you will be provided with the password to access the protected confidential documents.

MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To respond to this EOI, Respondents must have the following minimum prequalification for Building Projects as follows:

General Building Contractor: GB3

Financial: F50

Alternatively, Respondents must be prequalified under the National Prequalification System for Non-residential Building - (NPS $50M+)
