Tender Description

Provision of Building and Infrastructure Works for the Library and Customer Services Integration Project.

The Town of Bassendean is seeking an experienced contractor for the provision of building and infrastructure works that will facilitate the relocation of the Towns Customer Service and Community Development teams to the Town of Bassendean Memorial Library (the Library) building.

The selected Contractor is required to:

Provide detailed working drawings in accordance with the existing concept design
Construction and fit out services
Compliance with the Schedule of Accommodation
Provide details and quotes of loose furniture and equipment
Stakeholder engagement and
Provision of a planning timetable
