NORCO Eat the Street 2025 - Expression of Interest

Lismore City Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from restaurants, cafes, food producers and vendors to participate in the return of NORCO Eat the Street 2025.

The much-loved community event, NORCO Eat the Street, is returning to Lismore in November 2025. Proudly funded by Transport for NSW, Lismore City Council and NORCO, we are excited to celebrate the vibrant local food, drink and community spirit in Lismore.

Located across Keen Street, the Quad and the Lismore Regional Gallery, the event will transform the CBD into a pedestrian-first space to showcase restaurants, cafes and producers. Accompanied by live music, cultural displays and family-friendly entertainment, the day is expected to attract around 10,000 attendees.

As a result of increased visitation, NORCO Eat the Street is an opportunity for businesses to boost trade and foster community pride in our CBD.

Thanks to generous funding from Transport for NSW and NORCO, participation in the 2025 event will be free of charge.

Council is extending this invitation exclusively to restaurants, cafes, food producers and vendors within the Lismore LGA and surrounding area, to come together and showcase the incredible flavours and talent of our community.

Event Details:

•  When: Saturday, 15 November 2025, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
•  Where: Keen Street, The Quad and the Lismore Regional Gallery.
•  Road Closures: 12:00 AM (Friday, 14 November) – 12:00 PM (Saturday, 15 November).

How to apply:

•  Please complete your expression of interest by 4:30 PM on Friday, 10 October 2025.
•  Applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday, 17 October 2025.

If your application is successful, you will be required to provide:

•  A current Lismore City Council Food Registration Certificate.
•  A valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
•  Evidence of Public Liability Insurance.
• · Appropriate file type logo of your business.
