Tender Description
The tender is for the upgrade of Scarborough Terrace Reserve in Dover Gardens and Southbank Boulevard Reserve in Sheidow Park.
Tenders can submit for either of for both reserves.
The works include demolition, paths, play equipment, reserve furniture, irrigation, fencing, planting and landscaping.
A non-mandatory Tender Site Briefing will be held as shown.
Submissions will be evaluated against the criteria and weightings shown in Part A Conditions of Tendering, section 7 - Evaluation.

Notes: After briefing at Scarborough travel in own vehicles to Southbank Boulevard Reserve, at Southbank Boulevard - Encounter Road, Sheidow Park SA 5158
