Tender Description
Power and Water Corporation (PWC) is required to maintain active fire protection systems and associated fire equipment across its assets to comply with legislative obligations under the Building Act and regulations, the Fire and Emergency Act and regulations, and the National Construction Code.
The Contractor is to ensure that the fire protection systems and associated fire equipment at PWC sites are proactively maintained to support the ongoing reliable, safe, and sustainable operation of the assets and facilities in which they are located. This is to be undertaken while also minimising the whole-of-life cost of PWC’s fire protection systems and equipment under maintenance.
