Cronulla Foreshore Masterplan

Tender submissions are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultant teams for the Cronulla Foreshore Masterplan project. The Masterplan will deliver an evidence-based, design vision and investment plan for the enhancement and management of the Cronulla foreshore public realm and associated infrastructure having regard to the distinct environmental, cultural, civic, heritage, social and economic characteristics of the Bate Bay and Cronulla peninsula foreshore areas.

Tenderers are advised that submissions will only be considered from consultant teams which are able to demonstrate the following capability and experience requirements:

• Considerable capability and experience in large scale, integrated planning projects for high profile, tourism precincts of regional or state significance;

• Substantial capability and experience in urban, coastal precinct planning and master planning with a focus upon infrastructure planning and prioritization;

• Demonstrated capability and experience in the delivery of complex, evidence-based, integrated planning projects with a substantial focus upon creative problem solving, effective community engagement and project risk management.
