Tender Description
Power and Water Corporation (PWC) is required to maintain its electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across its assets to comply with legislative obligations under the Building Act and regulations, the Work Health and Safety Act and regulations, and relevant Australian Standards.
In addition, PWC’s insurers mandate the regular maintenance of these systems to mitigate risks associated with failure, safety, and service disruption.
The Contractor is to ensure that the Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC systems at PWC sites are proactively maintained to deliver ongoing reliable, safe, and sustainable operation of the assets and facilities in which they are located. This must be achieved while also minimising the whole-of-life cost of PWC’s Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC assets under maintenance.
