Tender Description
1. Executive Summary
Minarah College invites tenders from qualified contractors for the supply, installation, cabling, termination, configuration, and commissioning of Axis CCTV and Intercom systems.
This project (Phase 2) builds upon works already completed under Phase 1, finalising CCTV coverage across H, N, P, and M Blocks and delivering new intercom access at the College’s front and rear gates, integrated with the security VLAN.
A detailed site map with camera allocations will be provided to shortlisted vendors during the mandatory site visit.
Project to be completed during Term 3 holidays between 26th September and October 13th, 2025.
2. Background & Existing Environment
Phase 1 of the CCTV rollout was successfully delivered, leaving a portion of cameras and supporting infrastructure outstanding. Phase 2 ensures full site coverage and inclusion of modern intercom solutions.
The College’s current CCTV environment consists of:
- Approximately 26 Axis cameras already deployed
- 3 dedicated Axis servers with windows server 2022 OS for video management and recording
- 2 LCD displays for live monitoring
- 1 workstation and 1 laptop used for live monitoring and CCTV administration
All new installations must integrate seamlessly with this existing environment.
3. Scope of Work
The successful contractor will be required to:
1. Supply & Delivery
- All cameras must be Axis brand.
- All switches must be Aruba brand.
- Provide all necessary cabling, terminations, and consumables.
2. Installation
- Install and terminate all cameras and intercom hardware.
- Provide structured cabling and labelling for all devices.
3. Configuration & Commissioning
- Pre-configure all devices offsite prior to installation.
- Collaborate with Minarah College IT to prepare an IP allocation spreadsheet.
- Integrate devices into the existing Axis CCTV and intercom environment.
- Test and certify the system.
4. Technical Requirements
The contractor shall supply, install, terminate, configure, and commission the following Axis CCTV cameras, Axis 2N intercoms, and Aruba switches.
H Block
• Cameras: 8 × AXIS P4707-PLVE, 3 × AXIS P3738-PLE, 9 × AXIS M3216-LVE, 5 × AXIS M3088-V
• Brackets & Mounts: 1 × T91A64, 5 × TP4601-E, 3 × TP1001-E, 9 × T94S01P, 3 × T94N02D, 3 × T94N01D, 3 × T91B63
• Cabling: Structured cabling to all cameras listed above.
N Block
• Cameras: 6 × AXIS P4707-PLVE, 3 × AXIS M4308-PLE, 13 × AXIS M3216-LVE
• Brackets & Mounts: 2 × TP1001-E, 7 × T94S01P, 2 × T94N02D
• Cabling: Structured cabling to all cameras listed above.
P Block
• Cameras: 6 × AXIS P4707-PLVE, 10 × AXIS M3216-LVE
• Brackets & Mounts: 1 × T91A64, 3 × TP1001-E, 3 × T94S01P, 3 × T94N02D
• Cabling: Structured cabling to all cameras listed above.
M Block
• Cameras: 1 × AXIS M5000, 6 × AXIS P4707-PLVE, 5 × AXIS M3216-LVE, 4 × AXIS M3088-V, 1 × AXIS Q6135-LE, 1 × AXIS Q6300-E
• Brackets & Mounts: 5 × TP1001-E, 4 × T94S01P, 5 × T94N02D
• Cabling: Structured cabling to all cameras listed above.
Intercom Systems
• Front Gate: 1 × Axis 2N IP One Intercom, 1 × Axis 2N Web Relay, 1 × Aruba x6000 12-port Switch (3-year support), existing lock cabling retained
• Rear Gate: 1 × Axis 2N IP One Intercom, 1 × Aruba x6000 12-port Switch (3-year support), road saw cutting & patching, VLAN integration
• Indoor/Reception Units: 3 × Axis 2N Indoor View Units, 3 × Axis 2N Indoor Desk Stands, 1 × Axis 2N Indoor Answering Unit
• Licensing: 1 × Axis 2N My2N Annual Subscription (up to 4 devices)
5. Deliverables
- Fully operational CCTV & Intercom systems integrated with existing environment
- Updated IP allocation spreadsheet
- As-built diagrams and documentation
- Test results and commissioning certificates
- Warranty certificates for all equipment and works
6. Tender Submission Requirements
Tender submissions must include:

4. Compliance confirmation with Axis and Aruba standards
5. Warranty and after-sales support arrangements
