Kosciuszko Education Centre Roof Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Construction of a new roof to replace the deteriorated structure at the Kosciuszko Education Centre in Sawpit Creek.

Project goals

To engage a suitable qualified building contractor to replace the existing roof of the Kosciuszko Education Centre.

The Kosciuszko Education Centre is located at Sawpit Creek in Kosciuszko National Park. The Centre has been closed for two years due to identified mould and internal moisture-related issues. The Centre is currently planned for a major internal refurbishment, and the replacement of the existing roof is essential to maintain the facility in accordance with established health and safety standards.

2. Mandatory Site Inspection

A visit to the Kosciuszko Education Centre located approximately 14km outside of Jindabyne to inspect the site is mandatory. Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to inspect the site prior to submission of the tender will be passed over. The site will be available to inspect during regular business hours, Monday – Friday throughout the tender period. To arrange the inspection please contact the nominated NPWS representative.
