Design of Waste Services and FOGO Engagement Campaign

The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for the provision of services outlined in the specifications. 

Scope:

We would like to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to design an engagement campaign for our new Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) service. We are also taking the opportunity to revise our current waste services material. It will include the development of various material such as waste service guides, flyers, banners and more.

The Hills Shire Council (THSC) wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to design an engagement campaign for our new Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) service. Council is also taking the opportunity to revise our current waste services material. The concepts and designs developed to support the delivery of the FOGO campaign should be adapted across our waste service materials to provide a seamless look and feel.

The expected completion date for this project is 30 April 2026. The prospective contractor must have the necessary resources to complete the required work within the agreed timeline.

The successful contractor will need to actively collaborate with Council’s Resource Recovery Team and Communications Team to execute the project.

A condition of this contract is Council will retain ownership and licensing rights to all designs and slogans created under this contract and can expand and develop on these as required post project. Awarding of this contract is subject to the acceptance of this condition.

The design files of all the artwork for this contract must be provided upon completion so that Council may edit the text and use the artwork as templates for further designs as required.

Quote costings should be presented in the following manner:

• each of the requested materials for development itemised with costs

• provide an option for unlimited revisions of designs until completion and an option for

5 rounds of revisions for concept design and 3 rounds of revisions per material in the material development phase, costed separately

The project will be completed in 3 phases.

The expected completion date for this project is 30 April 2026. A project plan with estimated completion dates for the 3 phases and each of the materials to be developed should be provided.
