Supply & Delivery of Dog Waste Bag Dispensers & Dog Waste Bags (Re-Advertised)

The City of South Perth is committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces for all residents and visitors. As part of this commitment, the City manages over 50 parks, reserves, and public open spaces, currently equipped with approximately 300 dog waste bag dispensers with dog waste bags strategically placed to promote responsible pet ownership and environmental hygiene.

To support ongoing demand and ensure reliable access to these resources, the City is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of dog waste bag dispensers and dog waste bags. This includes dog waste bags that are fit for purpose, durable dog waste bag dispenser units suitable to withstand harsh weather conditions, and timely delivery of both goods in accordance with the City's operational needs.

This Request is issued to identify capable suppliers who can meet the Citys requirements for quality, consistency, and value for money. Suppliers are encouraged to demonstrate relevant industry experience, offer suitable products meeting the requirements of specification, and provide information to ensure supply chain reliability of goods.

This Request will be in separable portions A and B, for which the City reserve the right to award the contract to one (1) supplier or two (2) suppliers.

Separable Portion A: The supplier must supply and deliver dog waste bag dispensers to the City within the required timeframe and requirements. The City will confirm the quantities of the dog waste bag dispensers during the contract award period. The dog waste bag dispensers must include at least one (1) year product warranty.

Separable Portion B: The supplier is required to supply and deliver dog waste bags as per the City recurring orders for the initial contract term of two (2) years with one (1) option for a further three (3) years extension at the City of South Perths discretion and subject to satisfactory contractor performance, products quality and delivery requirements, and budget availability.

The Tenderers to note:

1. The Tenderer is welcome to quote on both separable portions A & B.

2. The City reserves the right to award the contract to one (1) supplier or two (2) suppliers.

3. The Tenderer is to include detailed information for each dog bag dispenser option, including dimensions, material type and roll core dimensions/ diameter. Photographs of each option and any existing location/s in other local governments to allow an inspection, if required.

4. Tenderers can provide any option of compostable, biodegradable or PCR.

5. The City reserves the right not to award the contract to any tenderer.

6. There is no guarantee of the quantities of orders for both dog waste bag dispensers and dog waste bag dispensers.
