This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP), an invitation for the submission of proposal for security and alarm monitoring services. Where security services comprise of physical security and restaurant. Alarm monitoring services include key code management and escalation of potential threats to Collins Foods leadership. Collins Foods operates 292 KFC and 27 Taco Bell company owned restaurants in Australia. In addition, the Company operates a further 16 KFC restaurants in Germany and 62 KFC restaurants in the Netherlands.

Requirement Statement

Operational

• Service provider must complete physical guarding and patrol services as per AS/NZS 4421:2011 standard.
• Provider must provide alarm monitoring services for all Collins Foods restaurants in Australia.
• A robust and clear standard operating procedure for adding, removing AND updating of alarm codes

Service Level Agreements

• Capability to meet Collins Foods Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
• Meet Collins Foods response time for patrols and alarm monitoring
• Meet Collins Foods urgent scheduling timelines for guards

Reporting

• Centralised reporting structure
• Provide an example incident report for Collins Foods Loss Prevention Team

Capabilities

• An assessment of capability and capacity will be completed in accordance with the service requirements.
• Ability to support with security system installations
• National scope and scale for security installations, physical guarding and alarm monitoring

Licensing, Permitting, and Certification

• Provide any relevant licenses, permits, certifications and insurance documentation for tendered services.
• Account Management
• Provide the account management structure of leaders who will support Collins Foods Limited.
• Follow and provide recommendations to Collins Foods escalation matrix and internal management process

Reporting

• Centralised reporting structure updated on a weekly basis
• Provide examples of incident report for Collins Foods Loss Prevention Team

Change Management

• Provide a detailed transition in and transition out management plan as applicable. Timelines, project management and hyper care
