Provision of Seismic Equipment

Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (the Customer also the Contract Authority) is seeking to establish a Panel Arrangement of suitably qualified and experienced companies (Panel Members) for the supply and delivery (the Goods) on an ad hoc basis (as and when required). The intention is to appoint one or more Panel Members to each Category.

The Customer is seeking to purchase the following seismic instrumentation:

• Category 1 - Portable broadband seismometer.
• Category 2 - Portable strong motion accelerometer.
• Category 3 - Digitiser-logger and associated peripheries.
• Category 4 - Portable, self-contained medium-period instrument.
• Category 5 - Portable, self-contained short-period instrument.

Respondents can choose to submit an Offer for one or more Categories.

The Customer’s Representative will notify a Panel Member from the Panel in advance by way of an Order for the required Category.

The Customer does not guarantee any volume of Orders of any Goods throughout the Contract Term.
