Expression of Interest - Core Applications & Implementation Services

The purpose of this RFEOI is to:

Seek guidance and input from the market to inform and increment WorkCover’s proposed implementation strategy and delivery approach, including:

• The order and timing in which new solutions and components are implemented
•  The delivery model and the way in which implementation partners will be used; and
•  A firmer view of scope, cost and time to complete the Future Claims Model Program (the “Program”).

Assess suitability of vendors to be included in the next stage(s) of this procurement process, which will comprise one or more Invitations to Offer (ITOs); and

Inform the approach the next stage(s) of the procurement process and leverage the RFEOI outputs to drive an efficient process that secures value-for-money for WorkCover.
