Tender Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DOHW) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at the below two (2) premises:

6A Melbourne Street, Waggrakine WA 6530
6B Melbourne Street, Waggrakine WA 6530

The Work includes but is not limited to carpentry works, electrical, plumbing and gas, painting, flooring, cleaning, fencing, and tree lopping.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 6 Melbourne Street, Waggrakine on 12 Sep, 2025 9:30 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on-site at both units listed. The location of the briefing will be 6 Melbourne Street, Waggrakine WA 6530.
