Refurbish Up-to 11 Houses - Boronia Pre-Release Centre for Women

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake house refurbishment works at the Boronia Pre-Release Centre for Women.

The Work includes but is not limited to the installation of drainage to house surrounds, WPM installation to internal slab throughout, flooring replacement, repainting, and minor maintenance works. Contractor personnel must be DOJ cleared in order to carry out works.

Respondents must complete and submit via email the provided Confidentiality Deed Poll to tenders.wa@programmed.com.au to attain access to Annexure 1 – Scope, Specification & Drawings as part of the tender documentation.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 14-16 Hayman Rd, Bentley on 17 Sep, 2025 11:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Boronia Pre-Release Centre for Women. The location of the briefing will be 14-16 Hayman Rd, Bentley WA 6102.

A maximum of 2 persons per company can attend, and all attendees must bring valid ID.
