Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed contractors for the completion of bulk excavation and associated works including:

• Bulk earthworks
• Stormwater drainage
• Retaining walls up to 4m high
• Sediment and erosion control

Earthworks Quantities:

• Cut to fill – 40,500m3
• Cut to spoil – 30,000m3

The site is located at King’s Christian College, Walloon Campus, Rackley Rd, Walloon, Qld, 4306.

A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.

Tender Period: 2nd October to 30th October 2025

Commencement on Site: 10th November 2025
