Rockhampton Performing Arts Center Redevelopment - Business Case

Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) proposes to engage the services of a Consultant suitably qualified with extensive experience in the preparation and drafting of Business Cases, in accordance with Queensland Treasury’s Performance Assessment Framework (PAF).

The purpose of this document is to outline the technical requirements for the development of a Business Case for the provision of a Performing Arts Centre Redevelopment in Rockhampton.

The business case will be utilised to provide evidence to support the assessment and identification of a preferred renewal option for Performing Arts Centre Redevelopment, assist in securing State and/or Federal Government funding and ensure the project is considered investment (shovel) ready.

Tenderers should note that the development of detail design for the preferred option is outside of the scope of works for this engagement as the preferred option is to be identified and then appropriately scoped before proceeding to detail design.
