Tender Description
The purpose of this procurement is to contract a Radio Communications provider to supply the latest technology through hired equipment to the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC), owners of the Tour Down Under (TDU) World Tour Cycling Race, as well as the Christmas Pageant and Tasting Australia.
On site support during the event
Hired Radio Equipment & Services include:
- Handheld radios, batteries, accessories, and chargers:
- Vehicle mounted radios, includes installation and removal from vehicles:
- A reliable repeater or trunking system to connect users over a wide area network with a minimum of 4 talk groups;
- Up to 8 Programmed localised (Simplex) channels will also be required;
The length of the proposed contract is 5 years (1+2+2) 2026 – 2030 events.
